2000
- Complete crossing of the Nahr Ibrahim canyon, Houet el Dakhoun.

2001
- SCL organizes the first caving symposium for its 50th anniversary. The event included a joint exhibition of photography and posters under the caving theme in addition to a documentary and photographic retrospective of its 50 years of activity.

2002
- The SCL organizes the first inter Arab training with the Saudi Geological Society. The SCL taught basic SRT and rescue techniques.
- Nabaa el Shatawie cave is re-explored and a further 2km is discovered.

- The survey and research of the Shatawie cave in Khalet Khazen, South Lebanon was completed.
-The Al-Ouat’Ouate magazine issue number 12 is published. The magazine is a special issue dedicated to the Al-Shatawie cave.

2003
-Preliminary assessment of the show cave potential of Nabaa el Mghara in Hrajel, Mount Lebanon for the Ministry of Environment.

2004:
- The survey of Qadisha cave, Bcharre, north Lebanon is completed.
- The survey of Al-Kassarat cave in Antelias is finalized.

2005
- SCL takes part in the UIS symposium in Greece.
- The Al-Ouat’Ouate magazine issue number 13 is published by the SCL.
- The survey of Afqa cave in Aaqoura cave is finalized.
- The Salle Blanche in Jiita cave is revisited and documented.
- The Lebanese army training in SRT techniques.
- The National Order of the Cedars - Officer Rank was given to the club.

2006
-The MESSII (Middle East Speleological Symposium) is organized by the SCL in collaboration with the Lebanese CNRS and UIS. The Proceeding of the symposium were also published.
- The opening of Sami Karkabi Library, which is the documentation center of speleology in the Middle East at the SCL headquarters in Bsalim.
- Cavers from SCL organize a successful trip to Oman and photograph the 2nd biggest chamber in the world in Majlis el Djin.

2007
-Bat census with experts from Czech Republic (Charles University and National Museum).

2008
- Bat census with experts from Czech Republic (Charles University and National Museum).
- The survey of Roueiss cave in Aaqoura cave is finalized.
- Cavers from SCL organized successful trips to Iran and Syria. In Syria the longest lava tube (Umm el Rumman cave) in the Middle East was discovered in As- Suwayda Province.
- The Al-Ouat’Ouate magazine issue number 14 is published.

2009
-The Al-Ouat’Ouate magazine issue number 15 is published. The magazine includes a tribute to the discovery of the upper dry gallery of Jiita which was opened as a show cave in the sixties.
-Rahoue cave is re-explored and XXkm of new development is discovered.
- SCL takes part in the UIS symposium in Texas-USA.
- Opening of the New SAMI KARKABI Library in SCL headquarters.
- The SCL with the coordination of the UIS organizes a training to the Iranian Speleological Team.
- A caving expedition took place in Syria in which the longuest lava cave in the Middle East was discovered.
